The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) empowers older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers to make informed choices and to streamline access to long-term support. The Ventura County ADRC provides a coordinated point of entry to ensure the populations we serve have access to the resources and support needed to remain independent in the community. The ADRC is comprised of a partnership between the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging (VCAAA) and the Independent Living Resource Center (ILRC).

The mission of the Independent Living Resource Center (ILRC) is to promote independent living and full access for individuals with disabilities through advocacy, education and action in our communities.

Voice Options Program
In collaboration with the California Department of Rehabilitation, the ILRC provides the Voice Options Program, which offers eligible Californians who are unable to speak, or who have difficulty speaking, with a free speech-generating device.
