Please watch the DFVC @ Work Training Video and fill out the application below to be a dementia-friendly business. A Dementia Friendly Ventura County Decal will be mailed to your place of business to put on the outside of your business door signifying that you are dementia friendly. A poster will also be mailed to hang in your lobby to explain what it means to be Dementia Friendly.
